Thank you so much for your interest in Artistic Fusion Performing Arts Co-Op and it's elementary subgroup, Mustard Seed Children's Theatre! We are so excited about providing an opportunity like this for homeschool children in our community!

For kids ages 6-11: Mustard Seed Children's Theatre
For kids ages 12-18: Artistic Fusion Performing Arts Co-Op

If you are interested in signing up for one of these groups, please fill out this form. Once your membership is approved, you will be able to login to our system to register your child for Artistic Fusion or Mustard Seed and any other groups or classes associated with it.

Payment Instructions

Once your membership is approved, you will receive an email with these next steps:

Login to your account at https://www.artisticfusionpac.com/.
Click on the "Registration" button on the left side of the screen under the Artistic Fusion logo.
Select:
1. The registration type for your preferred group(s) and number of children
2. Your child's performing arts focus (for AFPAC members only)
3. Your child's class choices (for AFPAC members only; one per session)
4. Your child's t-shirt size
Submit your registration! We will be in contact with you regarding your invoice total and payment options.
